Living Will:  A living will is also referred to as an Advanced Medical Directive.  A living will is a legal document that goes into effect if you are unable to provide your doctor or medical caregiver with instructions regarding your own health care.  In this document you will state your wishes regarding certain kinds of medical treatment and life-prolonging procedures should you be unable to communicate them.
